Matthew Maslak – Executive Chef at Global Hospitality Group
Matt is the Executive Chef at Global Hospitality Group managing the kitchen operations of Victorian catering company Calibre Feasts and overseeing the dynamic kitchens for Global Events.
Matt’s triumphs include success at the recent Rugby World Cup in Japan, Gold Coast Commonwealth Games, Music Festivals in the UK and Taiwan University Games.
His background in the Melbourne food scene include opening of Hawker Hall in Windsor and the food concepts and styling of the Australian Open. Combine this with his training in fine dining at some of Australia’s finest 5-star hotels has created a very talented individual.
Matts menu reflects modern Australian cuisine with a balance of ingredients and cooking techniques to present a delicious, full flavoured menu.
All meals will be meticulously prepared by Matthew in his restaurant kitchen at one of the Global Hospitality Group managed kitchens. The kitchens are employing the highest safety standards with limited outside contact and regular cleaning.
Using local fresh produce, your meal will either be frozen or vacuum sealed for easy preparation at home. Simple serving instructions for each dish can be found when ordering.
